Ordering and Payment
Please note that we do not accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.
Please note that all item prices include VAT charges.
We only accept payment via Paypal, which is a secure method for you to pay for your items. Your details will not be sent to us and therefore not stored by us.
All orders are subject to availability.
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it.
When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
To create a contract between you and us, the following is required:
Once you have selected the item you would like to buy, please click the 'add to basket' button to add the item to your order. When you have finished making your selection you can proceed to the 'checkout' stage where you will be redirected to Paypal’s site.
Please review your order page and in doing so you confirm to buy the items at the prices indicated as well as any applicable shipping and VAT charges.
An automated order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the items you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by Alice and Sarah.
The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the items unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Product Descriptions and Pricing
We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of website items are accurate at the time when the appropriate information was entered onto our system. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as is possible, there may be rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed.
Returns
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged, the goods are faulty or you wish to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible by email at [email protected]
Cut lengths of fabric, made to order, sale, mark-downs and customized or personalized items are non returnable.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to refund the product value, provided that the product is returned; complete, in original condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the costs associated with this. Where items are delivered to a third party you will need to be able to return the items you ordered to us to be able to exercise this right.
To return any items to us, please complete the returns slip dispatched with your order and clearly state the reason for return. Pack the items back in the parcel with the returns slip and send it to the address below. Upon receipt we will process the return as quickly as possible.

Right to Cancel
In line with Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days from the day after receipt of your goods. (excluding cut lengths of fabric / made to order / sale / mark-downs and customized or personalized items). Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to:
